Our flagship product. Millet from our partner farmers in northern Côte d'Ivoire is cleaned, milled, rolled into even 2–3 mm granules and dried. Pour it into boiling water to enjoy traditional porridge without hours of preparation.
Preparation
- Bring 1 litre of water to the boil.
- Pour in 100 g of granules (6 tablespoons) while stirring.
- Wait 5 minutes and add the juice of one lemon.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, sweeten and serve.
